Blouinartinfo just published a preview of which 10 shows around the globe you shouldn’t miss this January, and Brussels’ Wiels made it onto the list with “The Age of Entitlement, or Affordable Tooth Extraction” by Belgian artist Sven ‘t Jolle.

French magazine Inrocks dived into the Belgian fashion scene last months with a feature exploring the question “Fashion: why are the Belgians so successful?” Read the whole piece (in French) here.

Each year Art review, one of the worlds’ most renowned art magazines, publishes its much-awaited “Power 100”, an index listing, in their opinion, the most powerful people in the art world. 2016 no less than three Belgians  scored a spot: Belgian painting legend Luc Tuymans, Almine Rech Gallery which has a branch in Brussels, and Philippe Pirotte, current director of the famous Städelschule in Frankfurt.
