Sunday Charmers, a Brussels-based indie rock band that’s just about to release its debut album, declare their love to the Belgian capital with a video filmed at Ixelles’s Place Flagey. Directed by Gordon Delacroix from fellow Belgian band Recorders and filmed in one single sequence shot, we follow frontman Etienne Donnet from trendy bar Le Tigre to the Ixelles ponds.

As always, the charming three-piece doesn’t take itself too seriously, mocking the image of the super cool rock musician by wearing rather hideous outfits (think leopard print hats).

But not only the visual part deserves a mention: the single that comes with it, “All There Is To Me”, is as catchy as it is melancholic. “I wanted to write a song about when you feel lost and confused; when you haven’t yet found the one you love. But at the same time I wanted it to be a song that people can dance to”, Etienne explains.

If you want to see the up-and-comers live on stage, you can do so on 21 February  at Botanique on the occasion of the record release party. And for those who’d rather have a beer with them we asked where the Sunday Charmers go for drinks besides the Tigre: Berlin Fabrik, Mappa Mundo, and De Haus. Cheers!

“Evening Dawn” will be released on 14 February
